At My Pawply, a brand operated by Vibewave LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The item is significantly different from its description.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Gift cards (if offered)

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we review your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

4. Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

7. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or the product is defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

8. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.
